- 1 credit for the Computer course, per term, for all classes
- Std. 6: Over 2 terms, one credit course of English language: listening skills and creative writing and one credit course of Science and Maths.
- Std. 8 : Over 2 terms, two credit course of English language: listening skills and creative writing and two credit course of Science and Maths.
- Std. 7: Over 2 terms, two credit course of ‘Russell’ and two credit course of English language: listening skills and creative writing, Science and awareness of various careers.

- 5 possible themes : Adventure, Travel, Cars, Master Chef, A Current Affair: Multidisciplinary
- 2 slots per theme, involving both individual and group work
- A short clipping on each theme followed by creative writing would be the main methodology used.

- 5 slots of 30 minutes for Std.6 and 5 slots of 1hr. for Std. 8 per term( 10 weeks)

- Theme for this term: ‘Green Fingers – grow your plants, know your plants/ connecting to plants’
- Students would grow four to five different types of plants at home with the know how given in school ( & compost).
- They would have to keep a record of the growth of the plants in journal sheets. Varied plants could be chosen egs. Methi ( vegetable) from seeds, Tulsi ( medicinal plant), Ginger………
- Certain concepts pertaining to the plants and their applications, depending on the standard, would be introduced in class. Students would have to research certain aspects and complete work sheets in the next class. Work sheets would have to be innovatively planned.
- The worksheets and journal sheets would be assessed.
