Scouts - Van Mahotsav Celebration

Van Mahotsav Day is a tree-planting festival that is observed in the first week of July to spread awareness about the importance of forests. On 3rd July 2023, the Scouts of St Stanislaus High School celebrated Van Mahotsav by participating in various activities, such as a drawing competition, a best-out-of-waste competition, and an essay competition. SCOUTS - INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

The Scouts of St Stanislaus High School conducted an ‘All Faith Prayer Service’ on 14 August in the school hall. This year, the theme for Independence Day is ‘Nation First, always first’. On Independence Day, the scouts took active part in the Flag Hoisting ceremony at St Stanislaus High School. The scouts of St Stanislaus High School also participated in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign’ and uploaded their picture on the given site. They were awarded with an E Certificate. Independence Day Celebration

St. Stanislaus High School celebrated India's 77th Independence Day on August 15, 2023. Everyone stood in respect as the chief guest, Kaide Pereira, hoisted the national flag. The national anthem was sung with pride, and the pledge was recited in Hindi by Saurav Singh. The students then proceeded to the school hall. The chief guests and dignitaries were escorted to the auditorium by the school council as the band played a slow march. Farewell Sir Tony!

On August 1st, 2023, St. Stanislaus bid a fond farewell to our beloved librarian, Mr. Tony Rodrigues, with great enthusiasm and joy. His years of tireless service have finally paid off. We had to celebrate this day in true "Tony style," of course. We began our celebration with a short prayer service dedicated to Sir Tony, followed by lots of music and dancing. Museum on Wheels

The Museum on Wheels was started by the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya in Mumbai. It came to St. Stanislaus High School on 21st and 22nd August 2023. The theme of the museum was ‘In Tune: The Journey from Sound to Music.’ It was a good opportunity for our students to see and learn about various musical instruments like the sitar, tanpura, flute, tabla, harp etc.

English Elocution (Primary)

“From small beginnings come great things”.

The English Elocution Competition for the primary section was held in two categories. The first one was for standards 1 & 2 on 21st August and the other was for standards 3 & 4 on the 22nd August,2023. Prior to the finals there was an elimination round where all the students were invited to participate. This is done annually in an attempt to promote English speaking skills in terms of pronunciation, delivery, voice modulation and to deliver English in spoken form.

Interclass Football Tournament (Primary)

The students of Std. III and IV had an inter-class football tournament in the month of July. It was an enjoyable experience and helped build the values of team spirit, sportsmanship and healthy competition.

Independence Day Celebration 2023 (Primary)

The 77th Independence Day of our country was celebrated by the primary section on 14th August 2023. The students of std IV were excited to put up the programme. We were honoured to have as our chief guest Naik Subedar Tsewang Galson who belongs to the Parent Unit 15 Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry. He had fought in the Kargil War. He was felicitated by the manager, principal and headmistress of our school.
