On 20th January, 2018, the 7th and 8th std. Science Club boys along with Tr. Deepali went to the R.D. National College of Science for their Annual Chemistry Festival – Fluorescence -18 at Linking Road, Bandra. The chief guest was Dr. Mhaske who is an Associate Professor at the Dept. of Polymers (ICT Matunga). Dr. Mhaske enlightened the students about polymers and their uses in industry. There were amazing, beautiful and magical experiments. Some of them were, The Snake Skin, Cloud Formation, Elephant Toothpaste, Smoke Cloud, Fake Blood, Boo Bubbles, and many more.

RSP Rally
RSP students of St Joseph’s High School and St. Stanislaus High School assembled on the front ground at 09:30 A.M. The Mumbai Police who helped with the rally arrived and the flag hoisting was done by our Vice Principal Fr. Malcolm. After the RSP oath, the Band boys started moving for the rally followed by the squad.
At 11.00 A.M the students returned back from the rally to the school. The Road Safety Awareness message was conveyed to the people on Hill Road. The Snacks were given to the students and we started with our programme in the school hall.

St. Stanislaus wins MSSA U-14 Hockey
St Stanislaus (Bandra) beat Don Bosco 'A' (Matunga) 4-2 via shootout to emerge winners in the Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA)-organised St Andrew's Challenge Shield league-cum-knockout U-14 boys hockey final at the Naigaon Police Ground in Parel on Saturday. The game headed for a shootout after the score read 0-0 at the end of regulation time. In the tie-breaker, Shayne D'Costa, Adrian Kadam, Sean Gonsalves and Aaron D'Costa scored for Stanislaus. Christmas The most wonderful time of the year was celebrated in our school with a lot of cheer, joy and good-will. The festival had a deeper meaning as Stanislites shared their gifts with the students of St. Xavier’s High School, Manmad. Lecture on Composting
On Saturday, the 17th December, 2017, a lecture was initiated by the Principal of St. Stanislaus school, Madam Anna Correa, on composting. Members of a group called GVMB ( in marathi-Gacchi Varchi Mativirahit Baug-terrace gardening without the use of mud) had come over to show practicals to the students of VIII Standard alongwith a parent-Smt. H – Ward Science Exhibition was held on 6th, 7th and 8th December 2017 at Sacred Heart Boys School Santacruz. Our school participated whole heartedly in various activities of the H – Ward.
Our school sent 2 exhibits – one in the senior category and the other in the junior category. Master Salil Prabhu and Master Ahmad Yasin in the senior category chose the theme “Solid and Liquid Waste Management” and made a working model of how the household waste can be utilized. Pilgrimage and Xavier house 8th December 2017
Following tradition, Stanislites walked their way to Mount Mary’s Basilica on Friday, 8thDecember 2017 for a Eucharistic celebration.
This pilgrimage is held annually to commemorate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary and to follow the vow Stanislites had taken years ago, when Bandra was scourged by plague. We also celebrated the Feast of our great Jesuit Saint, Saint Francis Xavier.
