31st July is considered an important day for everyone at St. Stanislaus as it is the feast day of St. Ignatius of Loyola who is the founder of the society of Jesus. To mark this day every year we at St. Stanislaus celebrate this day with great enthusiasm.

The celebration began with a chart making competition from 5th to 7th and book mark competition from std 8th to 10th on 23rd July 2024. The topic chosen was life of St. Ignatius or ideals in action. This gave opportunity to students to express their views and show their creativity.

*78th Independence Day Celebrations by St. Stanislaus Scouts*

The Scouts of St. Stanislaus proudly celebrated the 78th Independence Day with a series of patriotic activities.

The celebrations began with an *All Faith Prayer Service*, on 14th August, where scouts came together to pray for the nation’s unity and prosperity.

The next morning, at 6:00 AM, a *Cycle Rally* was organized. Scouts cycled through the neighborhood, carrying flags and charts to spread awareness about the significance of Independence Day.

“A Showcase of Talent: English Elocution and Choral Recitation 2024-25”

On Saturday, July 27th, the school auditorium buzzed with excitement as participants from Std VIII to X gathered for the English Elocution Competition, while those from Std V to VII prepared for the Choral Recitation. The event was judged by two familiar faces: Mrs. Margaret Pereira, a former English teacher at St. Stanislaus High School, and Mrs. Christine Pereira, who currently teaches at St. Stanislaus Primary School.

Nature Club boys of St. Stanislaus High School, Bandra (West) participated in an inter- school competition ‘Kids for Tigers’ held at NCPA, Nariman Point on 19th July, 2024.

On June 21st, 2024, World Yoga Day was celebrated in the school hall at 2:30 p.m. during the RSP, SCOUT, and NCC periods, with 9th grade students participating. Sir Rakesh Pathak conducted the yoga session for the students. The event was well-organized, and the students participated enthusiastically. Eye checkup for school students was organized on 10th July and 16th July 2024 from std 5th to 9th by Eye specialist Dr. Janaki Kodakani. Our students participated in the 13th National and 6th International Abacus Competition organized by the Smart kid abacus learning pvt limited. Master Muazzam Chowdhary secured 1st rank in the competition and was awarded a certificate along with a trophy. Van Mahotsav Week Celebration by the Scouts

Keeping the Scout law in Mind ' A scout is a friend to animals and Loves Nature '.

The Scouts of St Stanislaus High School celebrated Van Mahotsav week with various activities to promote environmental awareness.

They participated in essay writing, poster making, slogan writing, bookmark making, and a 'Best out of Waste' competition.
