The Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 8th August 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the school hall. The meeting was attended by the Principal, Manager, members of the teaching staff, PTA Executive Committee members, students and parents. The programme commenced with the National Anthem sung by the students and the Maharashtra Geet sung by the Marathi teachers, followed by a prayer by Tr. Princelia and the welcome and introduction of PTA representatives by Mrs. Monisa Shaikh (Primary Secretary).
Mrs. Monisa Shaikh thanked the outgoing PTA members for their contributions towards the school throughout the year. Our new school manager, Fr. Andrew Rodrigues, shared his thoughts and guided the parents in a few words. Then, an input session was given by a speaker, Ms. Kinjal Dharod, who too shared her thoughts about guiding children on the right path in the present scenario.
A video prepared by Tr. Golda was shown, which highlighted the activities that were carried out in school in the academic year 2025–2026, followed by a video of the Indo-German Exchange Programme.
The minutes of the previous meeting, which were shared earlier with the parents, were then proposed and seconded by two parents. The most awaited part for the students was that they had to receive scholarships on that day for their good performance in the previous academic year, 2025–2026. Around 213 students from the current-year Standards VI to X had received the scholarships.
Sr. Arockiammal Anthony, the Principal, then shared her views and expectations from the parents towards their child. The programme ended at 11:15 a.m. with a vote of thanks delivered by Tr. Steffa Fernandes, followed by the School Anthem. The AGM served as an important platform for strengthening the partnership between the school and parents and for working together towards the holistic development and well-being of every student.
