SSHS along with 25 other school of H ward participated in a cyber awareness programme conducted by NGO, Responsible Netism. The programme spanned 3 months and included workshops for teachers, parents and students. Topics covered were online fraud, hacking of accounts, secure passwords, safe sites, online gaming, online pornography, use of social media and how to be cyber alert. The students were given diaries to record their internet usage. The programme ended with a grand closing ceremony at Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir where each participating school received an award.
