Feast of St. Stanislaus of Kostka & Children’s Day

The feast of St. Stanislaus of Kostka was celebrated on the 13th of November 2024. The day began with Holy Mass celebrated by Fr. Sean Cardozo who gave an enlightening homily on the inspiring life of young saint Stanislaus. He urged the students to imbibe the values they learnt from St. Stanislaus in their own lives. The church was decorated with lovely posters on each pillar and the melodious singing of the primary choir brought the congregation into a closer communion with God. The mass ended with Tr. Raynah delivering a heartfelt vote of thanks highlighting the collective effort that made the mass a meaningful spiritual experience

Thereafter the students proceeded to their classroom for the much awaited Children’s day celebration. The Children’s Day celebration began with the teachers wishing the students and presenting them with a beautiful handmade card. A game of Housie then conducted by the teachers in each class. There were exciting prizes for jaldi five, the lines and full house. Children were invited to showcase their talents in the class and spot prizes were given. They were then served refreshments. All the students then proceeded to the ground where they grooved to the D.J., their energy contagious as they danced to the pulsating beats. The lively atmosphere was filled with laughter and excitement.

The students were enthralled by the performance of the juggler, their eyes wide open with amazement as he skillfully tossed multiple objects in the air. Applause filled the air as they appreciated his talent. The day ended with a fun filled experience and camaraderie shared among friends which will be a cherished memory for years to come.
