To Commemorate International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking an awareness program on the menace of Ill effects of drug abuse and how to prevent it was held by St Stanislaus High school in collaboration with Bandra Police Station for nearly 170 students of 9th Standard namely from Scouts, NCC (Army Wing) and RSP. The program consisted of a PPT presentation by National Trainer (for Addiction) and Executive Committee member of Nashabhandi Mandal Maharashtra Rajya Mr. Bo sco DSouza. This interactive session was much appreciated by all students. PI Bange of Bandra Police Station explained to the students how they could reach out to seek help in case of anyone using drugs. Principal Sr. Arockia Anthony also shared the support the school would give to prevent any addiction with anonymity .The program ended with a display of posters against drug abuse and an oath was led by lady Scout master Ms Nikita Chaterjee along with Mr Nityanand Ponraj (NCC Army Wing) and RSP Master Rakesh Pathak The program was well organised and Coordinated By Scout Master Elias Corriea.
