Stan Film Club meets Sharman Joshi

The Stan Film Club had invited a special guest on 14/7/17 to meet the students of the school film club. It was none other than well-known film actor and theatre personality, Sharman Joshi.

The actor first met the secondary section teachers during the short recess. Thereafter the film club students gathered in the school hall for their interaction with the celebrity. Tr. Ornate welcomed and introduced Sharman Joshi to the students. Sunday, 9th July 2017, was an exciting and fun filled morning for our Stanislites and students from various schools, at the St. Andrew’s Audiotirum, Bandra. A super time was planned for them by Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif to promote their film “Jagga Jasoos

Ranbir plays a school kid in his upcoming film Jagga Jasoos, an adventure drama where Ranbir's character is on the lookout for his missing father.

NCC Annual Training Camp

The ATC for the NCC boys of Std.IX was held at Neral from the 14th to the 23rd June 2017.

Master Owais Shaikh won first place in rifle shooting with a margin of 19 points for 5 shoots.

Master Nathan Pereira won the 1st place in the 100 mts run.

Maharashtra Day 2017

Maharashtra Day is celebrated to commemorate the formation of the state of Maharashtra after its division from Bombay State on May 1, 1960.

The celebrations started off with the hoisting of the National Flag by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Shailaja Mulay, the reciting of the Pledge and Prayer.

A skit showcasing the various leaders of Maharashtra, their works, and messages and a lezim display highlighted the energy and enthusiasm of this beautiful State.
