Stanislaus School spreads the message of National Integration and Harmony on our 64th Republic Day

The morning of 26th January 2013 saw 17 schools march to the beat of the many school bands on Hill Road commencing from Bandra Police Station to St. Stanislaus School. Other marchers included the Rapid Action Force (RAF) and the Police squad. The theme of the event being –‘HAND IN HAND …….Together We Can’

This parade was flagged off with a cycle-through by selected students around 60, specially trained by Mr. Faisal Thakur a Management graduate  and a professional cyclist, to spread the message of an eco-friendly environment.

Stanislite athletes electrify the 119th MSSA Track

St.Stanislaus High School emerged champions at the 119th MSSA Annual Inter school Athletic Championship, which concluded on January 10, 2013 at the Goregaon Sports Club, amassing a record 148 points and bagging the coveted Tata Challenge Shield, awarded to the school with the highest total aggregate points in the Boys category. 149th Annual Sports Day Delight

Wednesday, 19th December was the 149th annual Sports Day at St. Stanislaus School. The stage all set, trophies all gleaming in the sun and the participants of the various races warming up to take on the challenge of winning and bringing their house colours to the forefront. This event was scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on our School grounds.

St. Stanislaus High School shared the honour with 43 other school of hosting Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Come Sunday morning, 9th December 2012 and St. Stanislaus School was all geared with tight security to receiver our Former President of India – Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.Dr. Kalam the ‘Missile Man’, ‘Media Man’, was happy to see such a vast gathering of around 2500 students waiting anxiously to receive him weathering the sun. Pilgrimage to Mt. Mary's Church

In remembrance of the protection our boarders received from the plague many years ago, every year Stanislites go up to the Basilica of Mt. Mary to thank God. We also pray that all Stanislites be protected from illness and calamities. This pilgrimage is also a time when we pray especially for our Std. 10 students who are preparing themselves for the SSC Board Exams.

Master Neville D'souza Rest in Peace

Master Deepesh Mathure Std. IX D - Too Young to Die

Stanislaus School bids Adieu to our young Stanislite Master Deepesh  Mathure of Std. IX D.

It was rather shocking to note that our budding Stanislite is no more. He left for his heavenly abode on Friday, 19th October 2012. We bid farewell to our ever-smiling Deepesh who passed away silently and left a mark of his serene presence in the hearts and minds of the students and teachers.

Sesquicentenary Road Race

Stanislaus School organized the Sesquicentennial Road Race on 30th September morning as part of its Sesquicentennial celebrations. We had about 850 participants from 16 Schools in Bandra not forgetting the Ex-Students who are loyal to their Alma Mater. We had different milestones to be covered by different age groups of students. The spirit of competition and camaraderie was conspicuous all through the event.

Sesquicentenary football winners

St.Stanislaus High School organized its Sesquicentennial Interschool Football match from Thursday, 20th September to Saturday, 22nd September 2012. Jesuit and neighbouring schools participated in this event. The participating teams consisted of Boys U-12, U-14 and girls U-14. The matches were played with a lot of zest and zeal. The finals saw a face off in the U-14 girls category between the Girls of Apostolic Carmel School Vs Dhirubhai Ambani International School. Crowning glory at the Mumbai suburban district athletic championship

St. Stanislaus High School emerged champions in the Boys category amongst schools and clubs at the Mumbai Suburban District Athletic Championship 2012 held from Thursday, September 6th to Saturday, 8th, 2012. In addition, St. Stanislaus was also awarded the Runners- up Trophy in total aggregate points in all categories i.e. boys and girls.
