Annual Day Celebration - Invest, Inspire and Innovate for a Sustainable Future

On 23rd August, St. Stanislaus High School celebrated their 162nd Annual Prize Day. The theme for this year was Invest, Inspire and Innovate for a Sustainable Future. Through this theme, the students, teachers, and the entire school community came together to explore and express the meaning of this theme through a fruitful program.

The programme started at 5pm  with a grand welcome by the guard of honour and the school band who escorted the Chief Guests, Mr. Humayun Kabeer Khan and Mrs. Mubashira Khan , parents of School Captain Master Fauzan Khan and the Guests of Honour, Mr. Huzaifa Khety and Mrs. Alfia Khety, parents of SSC Top Ranker, Master Mustafa Khety  along with the dignataries, Manager Fr. Luke S.J, Principal Sr. Arockiammal Anthony, Vice Principal Tr. Charmaine, Supervisor Sir Titus, IGCSE Principal Sir Montwyn and  Primary Headmistress Tr. Raynah Lemos to the school hall.  

The auspicious event began by invoking the presence of God with a meaningful Prayer Service followed by a prayer dance. The esteemed Chief guests and the Guests of Honour who commemorated this event were then introduced and were given a token of appreciation. Their presence made this event even more special. Then was the most awaited part of the event- the cultural programme. We need to invest, inspire and innovate for the sustainable future. This was displayed through a lively skit, dance, singing performed by talented actors, dancers and singers making people aware of the current dark situation around especially about our Mother Earth and what we can do to save Our Mother Earth, Our Future. After the cultural programme, began the Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony. Students who achieved success and had done well in their academics last year were awarded a certificate. Students were very happy to receive it.  Vote of thanks was then proposed by The Principal Sr. Arockiammal who appreciated the contribution of all who made this day possible. The programme ended by singing the School Anthem with pride.
