The Britto House Feast was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the Primary Section of St. Stanislaus High School, Bandra, on 4th February 2026. The celebration was organised to honour St. John de Britto and to help students learn about his life and values in a meaningful and engaging way.
The day began with a solemn Holy Mass where only the catholic students of std 3 and 4 and teachers gathered together to seek the blessings of St. John de Britto. The Mass helped the children understand the importance of faith, sacrifice, and service to others. There was a short, meaningful intercom assembly on the life of St. John de Britto, followed by aninformative video on his life. The video introduced the students to his journey, his dedication to God, and the values he stood for, such as courage, kindness, and commitment.
To make the celebration more interactive, a word search activity was conducted for all the students of Std 1 and 2, while the students of Std 3 and 4 completed a word search related to the life of the saint. This activity helped the students to reinforce their learning.
As a mark of unity and house spirit, all the boys of the Primary Section wore red T-shirts on the feast day.
The Britto House Feast Celebration was a memorable experience for the Primary Section.
It helped students grow in faith, learn valuable lessons from the life of St. John de Britto, and celebrate the spirit of togetherness and joy.
