Our ex-student Aashish D'mello from Batch of 2008 was part of the Oscar Award winning movie Everything Everywhere All at Once. The movie won seven Oscars. The award winning editing team comprised of Paul Rogers (editor), Aashish D'mello (assistant editor) and Zekun Mao (assistant editor).
The movie also won the Best Editing Award at British Academy Film & Television Award (BAFTA) & numerous other awards for editing.
After his school graduation, Aashish did his HSC and Bachelor in Mass Media Degree at St. Xavier's College Mumbai.
After graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Aashish worked as Assistant Editor at Apocalypso Filmworks.
Aashish worked as Assistant Editor for the Hindi feature film "Mardani" directed by Pradeep Sarkar.
Aashish completed his Masters in Fine Arts Degree (MFA) from American Film Institute (AFI), Los Angeles in 2017.
After his Masters Degree, Aashish worked as Assistant Editor in Hollywood, LA for the next three years.
