Feast of St. Francis Xavier

The Primary Section of St. Stanislaus High School celebrated the Feast of St. Francis Xavier on 3rd December 2025 with great enthusiasm and joy. The day began with a prayer followed by the inspiring story about the life of St. Francis Xavier, which helped the students understand the importance of faith, service, and dedication.

To mark the occasion, a fun and engaging paper tearing activity was organised for the students of Standards I and II. The students enjoyed tearing and pasting paper on an outline picture of a crab. The activity was linked to the famous tale of St. Francis Xavier, his cross and the crab.

The students of Standard 3 and 4 participated enthusiastically in a star-making activity. They were given a cutout of a star which they had to decorate by crushing paper and sticking on it. On the colourful strips attached below the star, the students wrote four to five qualities which resembled St. Xavier. This activity inspired them to embrace good values and reminded them that they can shine brightly through their actions.

Adding to the festive spirit, the boys came dressed in blue T-shirts, proudly representing the Blue House, whose motto is “Character in Excellence.”

As a special treat, each child received Oreo Biscuits as a snack, which brought smiles to their faces and added sweetness to the day. The celebration concluded on a joyful note, leaving the students with happy memories of the day.
