International Yoga Day 2025

On June 21, 2025, St. Stanislaus High School held an International Yoga Day celebration in its auditorium. The NCC Army Wing, NCC Air Wing, and Scout boys of the ninth standard enthusiastically participated in this event. The session was led by Tr. Jenshi, in collaboration with Sir Pathak and Sir Rostan.

A structured session was conducted for the boys, emphasizing breathing patterns (Pranayamas), postures (asanas), and mind-body awareness. Activities included basic stretches, standing and seated postures, and asanas designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and relaxation. The event underscored the theme of unity through yoga, reflecting its comprehensive benefits for physical fitness, mental well-being, and discipline—all in alignment with the training objectives of the NCC and Scouts. The International Yoga Day observance at St. Stanislaus High School was an enriching and well-organized event. Under the guidance of teachers and masters, the NCC and Scout boys not only performed yoga but also deepened their understanding of its physical and mental advantages. This event complemented the school’s emphasis on discipline, health, and unity—core values of the NCC and Scouts training.
