On Thursday, 5th of December, Navjeet Community Centre of Holy Family Hospital organized a drama or a street play competition for BMC and private schools at St. Andrew’s High School, Bandra.
This event provided a platform for all young, budding actors of various schools to showcase their talents on value based themes. The themes for the event were corruption, pollution, women empowerment, justice, etc. Such relevant topics were chosen to create awareness in the minds of the students and the audience to work with commitment and zeal to eradicate these social evils and to make the world a better a place to live in.
The Stanislites participated with a lot of fervor to get their message across on ‘corruption’- a serious setback to the growth of the nation and to building a healthy society. They were awarded the consolation prize – a trophy. Master Smith Chedda from Std. 7C was crowned the ‘Best Actor’. May St. Stanislaus continue to have many more Stars shine and keep the Stanislaus banner flying high.
