Republic Day was celebrated on 27th January 2026 by the students of the Primary Section in the school hall with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The program was organized by the students of Standard 2, who participated actively and confidently in all the events.
The function began with a prayer service seeking God’s blessing and setting a peaceful and respectful tone for the celebration. This was followed by the prayer dance, beautifully performed by the students, expressing devotion and gratitude.
The students then spoke about the Constitution of India and explained the importance of Fundamental Rights in a simple and meaningful manner. This presentation helped everyone understand the values of equality, justice and freedom.
Under the guidance of Tr. Rasheema Irani a melodious preamble song was sung by the students, reminding everyone of the guiding principles of our nation.
The program continued with a colourful fashion show wherein the students showcased the rich cultural diversity of India through different traditional costumes. This was followed by a dance performance depicting soldiers, fishermen and farmers. The performance highlighted the importance of theseprofessions and their contribution to the nation.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Tr. Priya,followed by the National Anthem.
The celebration was a grand success and instilled a sense of patriotism and pride among the student.
