On the 17th September 2025, the Catholic boys of Std. 10 were taken on a retreat to Vinalaya retreat house in Andheri. Fr. Brian conducted the retreat with Br. Mario. They helped us throughout the retreat and were assisted by Br. Michael, Br. Austin, Br. Mario, Br. Elron, and Miss Melba.
We began with an informative talk on self-esteem presented by the pre-novice brothers, after which we had a lively action dance to start the day. We had a short tea break in between and then took a walk around the eco hub which was a place made with the intention of healing the environment. Fr. Brian then gave us a talk on the human personality and nature of Jesus which was then followed by an adoration session. Lastly, we had an activity where we were split into groups and had to make a skit in 5 minutes related to environment/nature conservation. This retreat was fun and at the same time contemplative, and everyone had something to take home and reflect on.
