A Day Never To Be Forgotten At Stanislaus

As they rightly say, "Count not the candles... see the light they give! Count not the years... but the life you live!", 15th June,2022 was the day when a special person was celebrated  at St Stanislaus High School- Principal Sr Arockiammal Anthony. Her birthday falls in the Summer Vacation I.e 10th June, hence the Management, Staff and Students celebrated her day when the school re-opened. This year with the school re-opening physically rather than virtually, the celebrations too had to be doubled up.

The day was celebrated with much grandeur in the School Hall starting with the escorting of our special guest for the day Sr Arockiammal Anthony along with our School Manager Rev Dr Fr Frazer Mascarenhas, Primary Section Headmistress Mrs Jennifer Pereira and the PTA Heads. The celebration began with a short prayer service, some wonderful speeches by our Manager, Primary Headmistress, IGCSE Principal Mrs Anna Correa, PTA and by Master Kaide Pereira. A poem was recited by Master Jayden Defigueredo. Thereafter, Masters Prashant Kedekar and Rakesh Pathak presented some Shayaris and Charoli.

The celebrations continued with a short video filled with Memories and a beautiful dance performance by Master Ishan Pole. Teachers sang in their melodious voice.Thereafter, Principal Sr Arockiammal Anthony was presented with a flower bouquet and some beautiful birthday cards prepared by the students along with cake cutting and a special birthday song by Teachers. The celebrations came to an end with the vote of thanks by Supervisor Tr Charmaine Pereira. The students were given a chocolate at the end of the celebration. It was indeed a day never to be forgotten. This wonderful day was organised by a committee comprising of Sir Elias, Sir Prashant Kedekar, Tr Deepali, Tr Gloria headed by Fr Felix and Tr Nikita.
