RSP Rally

RSP students of St Joseph’s High School and St. Stanislaus High School assembled on the front ground at 09:30 A.M. The Mumbai Police who helped with the rally arrived and the flag hoisting was done by our Vice Principal Fr. Malcolm. After the RSP oath, the Band boys started moving for the rally followed by the squad.

At 11.00 A.M the students returned back from the rally to the school. The Road Safety Awareness message was conveyed to the people on Hill Road. The Snacks were given to the students and we started with our programme in the school hall.

Inter class Quiz Competition

An Inter – class Quiz for the boys of Std 1 and 2 was held on 23rd January 2018. We welcomed our principal, Tr. Anna and our headmistress Tr. Jennifer.  The quiz began with the introduction of the contestants from each team. The different rounds and their rules were displayed on the screen.  The rounds were conducted in an interactive way and the teams participated with great enthusiasm.  The questions put forth to the teams were intriguing and exciting.

St. Stanislaus wins MSSA U-14 Hockey

St Stanislaus (Bandra) beat Don Bosco 'A' (Matunga) 4-2 via shootout to emerge winners in the Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA)-organised St Andrew's Challenge Shield league-cum-knockout U-14 boys hockey final at the Naigaon Police Ground in Parel on Saturday. The game headed for a shootout after the score read 0-0 at the end of regulation time. In the tie-breaker, Shayne D'Costa, Adrian Kadam, Sean Gonsalves and Aaron D'Costa scored for Stanislaus. However, among the Bosco boys, only Atharva Bandekar and Aryan Pagare succeeded in beating Stanislaus goalkeeper Gavin Pereira.Learn More

Master Simon Cardoz wins Interschool Elocution Competition

Master Simon Cardoz a Std IV student participated in an inter-school competition on 25th  January 2018. He secured the first place from over thirty – five schools that participated. Master Simon Cardoz is a talented child who recited the poem ‘Sick’ with perfection. It was a proud moment for St. Stanislaus High School to showcase his talent at Fr. Agnels School , Bandra.

Christmas Programme 2017 - Std. 2 Children’s Hour

It was a beautiful morn on the 20th of December There was a frantic bustle in the hall upstairs; std. 2 teachers taking care of costumes, checking sound and lights and peons setting up chairs and props.

Our boys sat silently through the prayer service of Christmas petitions. The tableau followed which gave the kids a semblance of the actual Biblical event that is the reason for the season. Christmas at St.Stanislaus

Christmas The most wonderful time of the year was celebrated in our school with a lot of cheer, joy and good-will. The festival had a deeper meaning as Stanislites shared their gifts with the students of St. Xavier’s High School, Manmad. Various competitions held at the class level enthused our students to decorate the Christmas tree, the holly wreath, the star and the crib.

Lightning Bolt: QUIZ – STD.III and IV : 2017 -2018

A Quiz competition for the students of Std.III and IV was held on 22nd January,2018. Two elimination rounds were held before the final round in order to give every child a fair chance. The students selected for the final round were asked to acquaint themselves in various fields. The finale had five rounds : General Knowledge, Audio – Visual, Spell check, Picto – word and Rapid fire.

EUMIND – Europe Meets India

EUMIND is an educational and ecological initiative between Europe and India. As a part of this programme, this April our boys visited the J.P. Thissje College in Castricum, The Netherlands and now their students are on a visit to our school. They attended classes in Yoga, Hindi and Physical Training, where they were taught the rudiments of Kabbadi. They were taken to REAP – which offers education to the slum children.
