Feast of St. Stanislaus Kostka and Children’s Day Celebration Report (November 2022)

The students of St. Stanislaus High School Primary section celebrated the feast of St. Stanislaus Kostka (13th November) and Children’s Day (14th November) with great enthusiasm and a funfair.

We began the celebrations with a very informative video about the life of St Stanislaus of Kostka which was shown to all the students in their classes.

The feast celebrations continued on the 12th November with a prayer service and hymn.

Appreciation Day – 2022

The Appreciation Day of the Primary Section of St. Stanislaus High School was held on 17th September,2022 wherein the students from standards 1 to 4 were awarded certificates and scholarships for the effort they put in, in the academic year 2021 – 2022. Nothing could stop the love and enthusiasm they have for studying, not even – COVID – 19.

Primary Elocution Competition 2022

We at St. Stanislaus Primary witnessed many such poems come to life at the Elocution Competition held on the 29th of Augus 2022t, for the students of Stds. 1 and 2 and on 30th of August, for Stds. 3 and 4.   

In preparation for the competition, interested students were asked  to select a poem as per the given criteria.

Owing to a good response received from all the standards the students had to face an elimination round on the 21st of August.  Eight students from each standard were shortlisted to compete with each other.

Primary Inter – Class Football Tournament

The game of football can be compared to life. It requires dedication, skill, teamwork, respect for rules, concentration, fair play, strategizing, etc. It also keeps us fit and alert.

To help create a love for this wonderful game and to make the qualities that this game has to offer a part of their lives the Inter-Class Football Tournament for Standards III and IV was organized in the month of July 2022. The teams participated enthusiastically.

Independence Day Celebration (Primary)

India’s 76th Independence Day was celebrated by the staff and students of St.Stanislaus High School- Primary section on the of 15th of August 2022.The programme was presented by the students of standard 3 .

This day teaches us about the power of unity among us Indians. We celebrate this day with pride as we cherish the memories of our great leaders who sacrificed their lives for our country and its people.

Our little Stanislites were dressed up in traditional clothes and were very excited to be part of the Independence Day programme.

Parents Day celebration 2022

As we have now begun classes in school, we at St Stanislaus High School took this opportunity to celebrate Parents Day on the 23rd of July 2022.

The parents were welcomed and we began the event with a Prayer and Hymn.

This years programme was an activity in which the parents had to creatively display a social message on a white T Shirt. It was fascinating to see the parents use their talents and ideas while participating in the activity. They used various art and craft materials like paints, paper, wool etc to come up with some outstanding creations.

St. Ignatius of Loyola Celebration (Primary)

 The feast of Saint Ignatius of Loyola was celebrated by the Primary Section of St Stanislaus High School .

It was a week long event wherein videos on the life of Saint Ignatius along with the March of Saint Ignatius were shown to the boys . In keeping with the theme ‘Finding God in all Things' an activity was done in class encouraging the children to ‘Examen’ and  to reach out and to seek God in all things around them .

Primary Quiz 2021-2022

The Quiz Competition entitled ‘The Quest’ for std 3 and 4 was held on the 11th and 12th of February, respectively. It was a two staged competition which covered the areas of English, Math, Science and Technology, Sports and Entertainment, Computers and G.K. There were a total of 4 teams that had 2 participants each who displayed their love for knowledge by answering questions put forth by the teachers. Republic Day 2022 Primary

Republic day is a day when we pay due respect to our great leaders, freedom fighters and all those who have played an important part framing the constitution of our country India. In the Primary Section, the program was celebrated on the 25th of Jan 2022 for the first time in a hybrid online celebration. Our students physically present in school, as well as those who were online at home were dressed in traditional clothes as they took part in the celebrations on the occasion of the 73rd Republic Day.
