The Quiz Competition entitled ‘The Quest’ for std 3 and 4 was held on the 11th and 12th of February, respectively. It was a two staged competition which covered the areas of English, Math, Science and Technology, Sports and Entertainment, Computers and G.K. There were a total of 4 teams that had 2 participants each who displayed their love for knowledge by answering questions put forth by the teachers. Prior to the finale was an elimination round , to give a fair chance to every child.
This being an online quiz competition challenges were faced at some times but were effectively addressed to by our efficient computer teachers : Tr. Bindu and Tr. Trupti. One team per std emerged victorious. From std 3 we had Master Jeremiah Rodrigues and Master Prathamesh Mishra and std 4 we had Master Ahmed Lakhpatwala and Master Avishkar Bhute who were the winners. All the participants were given a certificate of participation and the winners were awarded for their brilliance. The quiz was a huge triumph. The students displayed ecstatic spirit and enjoyed the quiz thoroughly. We cannot forget our spectators, our little boys who excitedly kept cheering their teams.
To quote B.B King “The beautiful things about learning is that no one can take it away from you.’ That is what we all achieved through this quiz competition.
