This year saw the revival of the very popular Inter House Quiz Competition. The competition was held on Saturday 21st July 2018 for the students of STD 8, 9 and 10. They answered questions on a range of topics like Current Affairs, English, History, Geography, Maths, Science and Sports. Our ex student Graham D’Souza was the quiz master. The audiences too were involved as he posed questions to them too. The winners of the competition were the Xavier House
St.Stanislaus Alumni kick-start Film and Media Club’s activities for 2018
Our Film and Media Club boys of St Stanislaus High School were presented with one such opportunity to expand their minds and horizons on Saturday, 28th July 2018. This was in the form of a workshop conducted by alumni of our school – Errol, Milind and Nikhil. The workshop focussed on various career options in the vast world of media- namely film, advertising and event management.

Red Cross Workshop on First Aid
On the 28th of July there was a brief informative training session for all of the Junior Red Cross boys of Std 6th and 7th. The training session was conducted by Dr Namrita Fernandes. The training session was held in the Model Classroom of our school. 26th July is celebrated as Parents’ Day in honor of St. Joaquim and Ann the parents of our dear Mama Mary. To make it extra special, we, at St Stanislaus organized a fun filled morning for the parents of the Primary Section on Saturday 28th July. Our little Stanislites are not only known for their excellence in academics but also for achievement of their goal in sports. Thus, we began this academic year 2018-2019, with an Interclass Football Tournament for the 3rd and the 4th standard. The matches started from the 13th of July and went on till the 18th of July 2018. On 17th July 2018, our school celebrated Van Mahotsav in the Arupe Hall, to create enthusiasm among students for forest conservation and planting trees.
The programme began with the felicitation of our guest Mr. Marvin Fernandes and his team. Vice Principal’s Day
We celebrated the birthday of Fr Malcolm Nato S.J. as the Vice Principals Day on 6th July 2018. It began with a holy eucharist con-celebrated by Fr Frazer Mascarenhas S.J. our manager and Fr Malcolm Nato S.J. our Vice Principal. A prayer service for boys of other faith was conducted in the school hall. It was followed by cutting of the cake in the staff room during the short break.
